X-RAY GRID
Aluminum Grid
Aluminum interspaced grid · with aluminum cover / carbon cover.  Since it is most commonly used and highly durable, it can be used for various devices such as general X-ray and fluoroscopy.  With high precision lamination technology and precise milling, it ensures superior efficiency in removing scattered radiation. It is also possible to eliminate Moire phenomenon by using high density grids (120 lines / cm etc). Using many years of accumulated test data, we can provide simulation data of the physical characteristic value of the grid close to the actual one and the optimal grid specifications.
Carbon Graphite Grid
Carbon Graphite Interspaced grid -with Carbon cover.  This is a JPI original grid produced by applying the sawing process from the field of semiconductors.
Since it is possible to control the straightness and angle formation of foil with high precision and to produce up to 135 lines / cm, it is suitable not only for tomosynthesis and angiography equipment that require strict accuracy, but also for mammography equipment to avoid noise trouble caused by the bucky system.
Fiber Grid
Fiber Interspaced grid with Carbon cover / Aluminum cover.
By using fiber, which is excellent in X-ray transmission as an interspacer, it realizes higher transmission performance than general aluminum grids.
Effective in fluoroscopy and pediatric shooting with low doses.
Moreover, we improved the durability to changes in temperature and humidity to endure environmental conditions which was the weak point of conventional fiber grids.
It has high resistance to aging even in severe transportation environments and environments with high temperature and high humidity such as the Japanese climate.
Aluminum frame
An aluminum frame can be attached to a grid to provide gripping space and protection. Since the aluminum frame can be designed in various ways, a handle makes it easier to insert or withdraw the grid from the shooting table. Special features such as grooves and magnet function can also be added, which makes it possible to identify specifications or to fix a grid. In addition, the frame has an inner type with a high degree of adhesion with the image receiver and a rugged outer type with a high degree of freedom in design.
Stainless steel frame
This is a type of frame processing in which a stainless steel frame is added to a grid. We apply frame processing to the four corners of the grid and protect the grid from shock. There are various types such as a positioning frame that saves the time and effort of alignment with the image receiver, a fixed frame that integrates with the image receiver to improve transportability, and an FPD specialized frame that can be used without impairing the performance of the FPD. As we are using stainless steel, it can be used safely for a long time without any aging due to rust.
